Boomtown Therapy, LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting. We’re looking for a clinician who enjoys helping students build communication skills and working as part of a collaborative school team.

What you’ll do:

Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs and write clear, timely evaluation reports.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.
Provide engaging individual and group therapy services.
Monitor student progress, maintain service documentation, and complete progress reports.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and other school staff.
Manage your caseload and meet applicable school and special education timelines.
Provide supervision to an SLPA if assigned and qualified to do so.

Qualifications:

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school-based team.
School-based experience is preferred. Clinical Fellowship Year SLPs will be considered.
