Boomtown Therapy, LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide speech and language therapy in a school setting. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with students, brings creativity to therapy sessions, and communicates well with their supervising SLP and school team.

What you’ll do:

Provide speech and language therapy to students under the direction and supervision of your assigned SLP.
Plan and lead engaging therapy activities that support students’ goals.
Complete timely, accurate session documentation and progress notes.
Track student progress and share observations with your supervising SLP.
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students during the school day.
Manage your therapy schedule and maintain organized student records.

Qualifications:

Active Texas SLPA license.
Ability to provide services within the SLPA scope of practice and follow the direction of an assigned supervising SLP.
Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
A dependable, student-centered approach to school-based therapy.
